Return-Exchange Policy

If your product was received without all the components or if the product was defective, please fill out a product issue report for an exchange. You will then receive an email with the Return of Materials file number which must be included with the returned product.
To receive an exchange, the product must not be damaged due to misuse. Please return all items in the original shipping container and packaging. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below:
