Your request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Upon approval a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) email message containing instruction on how to return your purchase will be sent to the email address you provide us. You will need to print a copy of this email and return it with your purchase.

Our 30-Day money back guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from Golf Impact LLC.
All returned items must be shipped prepaid and insured for the full value. Risk of loss or damage to any returned item will be born by you until the returned item is placed within our custody and control at our premises.

You must ensure that the following documents are attached to the returned item:
  • (i) a copy of our email to you notifying you of the RMA Number, and
  • (ii) your original invoice receipt.

We will only process refunds for any returned item if:
  • (i) the returned item is in the same condition as it was delivered to you, and
  • (ii) the returned item is in its original packaging with all original contents including but not limited to all documentation, accessories and packing materials.

 

All refunds shall be made through the same method of payment through which payment in relation to the original purchase was made. A 10 percent restocking fee will be apply. If a return is received damaged, up to a 20 percent restocking fee will apply.
